Quest M-28 Noise Dosimeter

The microprocessor based M-28 Noise Logging Dosimeter can be used as a personal noise dosimeter, an area monitor, and as a noise survey instrument. As a community or airport monitor, it can monitor average; peak or maximum levels as often as every 10 seconds as well as calculate exceedance and day/night levels. As an occupational noise monitor, it can calculate noise dose with selectable exchange rates, criterion levels, and thresholds. Exposure is calculated in percent dose and Pascal squared hours.
The M-28 monitors noise exposure, as well as sound, peak, and maximum levels, and run, pause, upper limit, and real or elapsed times. It also stores, displays, and prints out data for 16 different events. Can be downloaded to a serial or parallel printer.
