David J. Silver, PresidentProviding the company's vision and direction is David J. Silver. Dr. Silver has over twenty-five years of experience in the industrial hygiene field, solving problems for industrial, commercial and government clients. Before founding CIH Equipment, he was a corporate industrial hygienist for General Dynamics, Land Systems Division, and Analytical Chemist for Clayton Environmental Consultants and Medical Technician for Detroit Industrial Clinic. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry & Biology, a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Hygiene from Wayne State University and holds his Ph.D. in Public Health from the University of South Florida
Lydia H. Silver, Vice PresidentLeading the company is Lydia Silver. Under her guidance, CIH Equipment has maintained an average growth rate of over 20% per year. In addition to her work as Vice President, Ms. Silver is responsible for company financial operations. Prior to coming on-board as V.P. of CIH Equipment, she was the head of her own department that was vital to marketing development at JGA, a major international architectural/design firm.
Nadine Holm, Office AdministratorOverseeing daily business operations, Nadine ensures that customer service remains at the highest standard, serving as an equipment advisor to certified industrial hygienists, safety experts, businesses, attorneys and remediation contractors. Ms. Holm also serves as coordinator between the rental, repair and calibration departments and customers. She is also responsible for outgoing rental operations.
Brad Dobie, Technical ManagerMr. Dobie ensures the quality of the company's calibration department. Some of his most important duties are to guide CIHE through ANSI standards and ISO guidelines. He has been instrumental in the development of the acoustic and particle calibration laboratories. Mr. Dobie also manages the company's technical operations. With many years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing all types of electronics equipment, including computers.
Chris Graham, Calibration & Repair SupervisorMr. Graham is currently doing research and development for calibration labs, particle labs, and flow labs at CIH Equipment Company, Inc.
